Only just recently found out about the site, but I really enjoy it. I'm currently working on my own WWII comic book and look to these for inspiration
ReplyDeleteCount me in, these war comics have left a mark on me that is still felt every day as I am a commercial illustrator and have been inspired and educated by these fantastic comic book artists. I am so glad these artist are finally get the recognition they deserve. The new interest and reprinting of their works are very gratifying. I search out the originals when I can at fetes and second hand book sales. When I find one it is like discovering a long lost treasure. I think I have save something beautiful and profound from oblivion.
ReplyDeletePlease keep up the good work it is much appreciated.
