People never understand how hard it is to be the boss. Finding good employees is always a constant struggle. Sometimes speaking to your staff in harsh tones is the only language they will understand. This is not being cruel. This is not being insensitive. This is love. This is understanding. So the next time your boss calls you an imbecile or something similar don't despair. Your boss is not questioning your mental capacity or your ability. Your boss only has your best interests at heart and only looking to bring out the best in you. So stop blaming your equipment and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Thank your boss for their sincerity and love.
