Our friend here, the nameless patrol leader, is so excited that he has lost the power to control his speech and he has taken to barking. Confusingly his barks sound like actual words. Now if he was really barking perhaps a well placed or over generous 'woof woof' would have the same effect as his anthropomorphic howls. If you listen carefully you can make yourself believe that you're actually hearing words.
Don't get caught up in the excitement and wait for directions through your radio telephone.
